Paul Rogers Signs a new deal in a new division!

Paul ‘Dodge’ Rogers a local footballing legend put pen to paper recently and joined Rivervale – the one stop vehicle specialists in Portslade, Brighton.

The change in direction also sees Paul set up his own venture Cube Consulting that he runs alongside splitting his time at Rivervale. What does commercial management in professional sport and vehicles have in common you might ask? ‘Relationships and customer service’ says Paul, two things that have enabled him to seamlessly maintain longstanding connections built through years of football sponsorship and partnership agreements. ‘Trust and reassurance that you are dealing with professional people is key’ says Paul who is now introducing his contacts to options for leasing vehicles through Rivervale.

‘My role as Business Consultant is all about making connections, connections to people and businesses I know would benefit from the offerings Rivervale have in place. When it comes to cars, I’ve always been a real car fan which helps, but my background before professional football, as a broker in the city helps me to explain to clients the different options available to buy or lease vehicles.

Rivervale has three divisions, Contract Hire and Leasing, Used Vehicles and the Bosch Car service centre – by covering all aspects of the industry their aim is to be their customers life-long contact for any of their vehicle requirements. The Bosch car service centre is the newest in Sussex and sits discreetly under the brand-new purpose-built leasing showroom on Victoria Road, Portslade. Rivervale are independent which means they can provide options on any make or model of vehicle.

Coming into the industry Paul was surprised how many people are still unsure about the potential benefits vehicle leasing offers. ‘Leasing, PCP’s and other arrangements are still new to many drivers and businesses, my aim is to help them understand their options and provide them with an affordable solution”.
