The design of the IONIQ 5 is a new take on electric vehicles for a minimalistic effect. There’s LED lighting, minimised panel gaps for a high-tech look and unique jewel-like design elements.
The interior has been designed for a new car experience. There are reclinable seats, a flexible centre console and a large flat floor, ideal for plenty of space for road trips.
It’s the first car of Hyundai’s to be built on the new Electric-Global Modular Platform. The dedicated battery EV platform has been designed for faster charging and increased driving range.
The IONIQ 5 can go from 0 to 62 mph in just 5.2 seconds using the two powerful electric motors in the all-wheel-drive version.
There are two different battery sizes for the IONIQ 5 which can vary the range from 238 to 298 on a single charge.
Charging your IONIQ is easy. Connected to a 350kW ultra-fast charger, go from 10% to 80% in less than 18 minutes. The IONIQ 5 is equipped with a powerful 10.5kW onboard charger.
Trim 1 - The standard SE Connect IONIQ 5 includes the two powerful electric motors, minimalist design and the quick charging ability for a high-performing ride.
Trim 2 - The premium IONIQ 5 has all the brilliant elements of the SE with a powerful engine.

The Ultimate steps things up with 20 inch alloys, electrical seat adjustment, BOSE premium sound system, dual-zone climate control, and rear privacy windows. The Namsan Edition tops it out, with cameras replacing the door mirrors, electric front and rear seat adjustment, a sunroof, and a head-up display.
